Oct. 30th 2020 - The New Local Halloween SPOOK-TACULAR!

We were so excited to FINALLY team up with Alison Broverman and Justin Go aka: “Team Goverman”, co-owners of Dutch/Indonesian local favourite BORREL for our Halloween Spook-tacular.
Their bitterballen, boerenkool, and snert were the perfect accompaniments for our “spooky” show. We even played a Dutch food game (aptly called “Snert’s Up!”) to add to the fun. These married restauranteurs are true professionals and we were thrilled to add them to our wonderful list of local restaurant partners.

August 19th, 2020 - Kababia

KABABIA POSTER (SCREEN SHOT).jpeg

THE SOUNDS OF SUMMER! feat. Kababia
By this point we had found out groove and thanks to some fabulous press leading up to this event and some great promo from our new favourite Middle Eastern spot we got one helluva turnout! We have really enjoyed challenging ourselves in our shows by playing an instrument that’s a bit out of our comfort zone. In this case, Gabi tried out her favourite Summertime standard on the ukulele accompanied by Jeremy’s unmistakable mouth trumpet.

“You were wonderful, my kids think you looked very fancy, and my son wants to be your friend.”

July 12th, 2020 - Relish

DATE NIGHT! feat. Relish Bar and Grill
Oh boy this was a fun one. Not 20 minutes before the show started a tree fell on a wire just up the street and our POWER WENT OUT (hence the dark setting)! But, the show go on and thanks to portable batteries, cell phone flashlights, and Personal Hotspot IT DID!

“That was SO lovely. What a great show! You two are adorable together and your songs were dynamite!”
